Consumer Privacy Notice

Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. The official Eagle Bank & Trust Company Consumer Privacy Notice covers this for InterWest Mortgage loans and customers.

You can read the notice on the current InterWest Mortgage website or download it as a PDF using the links under “Official references” below. Questions about the notice: call 501-362-5821 or 501-223-2000.

About this website

The rest of this page describes how this website handles information. It adds to, and does not replace, the Consumer Privacy Notice.

03

Information you choose to give us

When you request a consultation, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, whether you’re buying or refinancing, state, city or ZIP code, whether you’re a first-time buyer, interest in VA financing, your timeline, meeting preferences, any message you add, and your contact consent.

When you return a completed application PDF, that file may contain Social Security numbers, dates of birth, income, asset, debt, identity, and property information. The public page does not ask you to type those details into browser fields. The completed PDF is stored privately and is available only to mapped InterWest staff.

04

Referral and page information

When you request a consultation, download the application, or return a completed PDF, we record the page you came from, the button you used, and campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source). This helps us understand which pages are useful. We do not put the PDF contents into analytics records.

05

Appointment records and secure links

When you request a consultation, we create an appointment record for your loan officer. The link we give you to manage your request contains a unique, temporary code. For your security, we store only a scrambled, expiring version of that code.

06

Calculators

The mortgage payment and affordability calculators run entirely in your browser. We do not receive or store the amounts you enter.

07

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Staff who sign in to the admin area use browser storage to keep their session. Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to run the site, prevent abuse and limit repeated form submissions.

08

Service providers

Website hosting and database providers process information on our behalf to operate the site. We do not currently send email confirmations or text messages from this website, or connect it to online calendars. We will update this page before we do.

09

Applying for a loan

The Start Your Application page provides a blank Uniform Residential Loan Application PDF and a private return upload. Completed files are available only to mapped InterWest staff, are never sent as email attachments, and are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Uploading a file does not mean the application has been reviewed, submitted to underwriting, preapproved, or approved. The Consumer Privacy Notice also applies.
